We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. There is no sign-in, and we never ask for a password.
Your game progress is stored on your device. The app works fully offline and nothing is sent to our servers unless you choose to join the global ranking.
Registering for the ranking is entirely optional, and the game is fully playable without it. If you register, we store and transmit:

Please do not use your real name as your handle. Handles are visible to everyone.
We do not collect your email address, contacts, precise location, or any account from another service.
Because handles are chosen by players, you can report a handle you find inappropriate and hide any player from your own ranking view. Reports are reviewed by a person; hiding is private and the other player is not informed. We may remove a handle or an entry that violates these terms.
The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect information independently:

The app displays ads. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission at first launch. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are served and no app functionality is restricted. On Android, you can reset or opt out of the advertising ID in your device settings.
If you purchase the PRO license, no ads are shown and no ad-related data is collected.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Progress kept on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.
If you registered for the ranking, you can delete your registration from inside the app at any time (Profile → CLOSE MY REGISTRATION). This permanently removes your handle, region and ranking records from our servers. Your progress on the device is not affected, and you may register again with a new handle.
Ranking records, reports and hides are kept while your registration exists, and are deleted together with it. For deletion of purchase records, please contact us.

株式会社スミレサカモト（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「DEBUGGER」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
当社は、本アプリを通じて氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。本アプリにログイン機能はなく、パスワードをお尋ねすることもありません。
ゲームの進行状況は利用者の端末内に保存されます。本アプリはオフラインで完結し、利用者が世界ランキングへ登録した場合を除き、当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
ランキングへの登録は任意であり、登録しなくてもゲームはすべて遊べます。登録した場合、次の情報を当社サーバーへ送信し、保存します。

ハンドル名に本名を使用しないでください。 ハンドル名はすべての利用者に表示されます。
メールアドレス、連絡先、正確な位置情報、他サービスのアカウントは取得しません。
ハンドル名は利用者が入力するため、不適切と感じたハンドル名を通報でき、また任意の利用者を自分のランキング表示から非表示にできます。通報は担当者が確認します。非表示にしたことは相手に通知されません。規約に反するハンドル名や記録は、当社の判断で削除する場合があります。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、これらのサービスが独自に情報を取得する場合があります。

利用状況の計測に、ハンドル名や端末内の進行状況は含まれません。送っているのは「ミッションを開始した」「クリアした」「課金が成立した（金額と商品）」といった出来事と、Google が発行するアプリインスタンスIDです。
各サービスの取り扱いについては、以下をご確認ください。
本アプリは広告を表示します。広告の関連性を高めるため、端末の広告識別子が利用される場合があります。
iOSでは、初回起動時に「トラッキングの許可」を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可されなかった場合、当社および広告配信事業者は広告識別子を利用したパーソナライズを行わず、非パーソナライズ広告を配信します。この場合も本アプリの機能は制限されません。
Androidでは、端末の設定（設定 > プライバシー > 広告）から広告IDの削除やパーソナライズの無効化が可能です。
本アプリ内で「PRO ライセンス」をご購入いただいた場合、広告の表示および広告関連の情報取得は行われません。
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ販売・提供しません。前記2に記載した各サービスの利用に伴う情報の取り扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。当社は13歳未満の児童から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。
端末内に保存された進行状況は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。
ランキングへ登録した場合、アプリ内からいつでも登録を削除できます（プロフィール → CLOSE MY REGISTRATION）。これにより、ハンドル名・国・ランキングの記録が当社サーバーから完全に削除されます。端末内の進行状況は影響を受けず、新しいハンドル名で登録し直すこともできます。
ランキングの記録、および通報・非表示の操作記録は、登録が存在する間保持され、登録の削除とともに削除されます。

本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページにて告知します。
